Jen Clayton
CRNP-BC
Jen Clayton, the founder and leading cosmetic provider of NoBe Aesthetics and Wellness, is a board certified Nurse Practitioner and specializes in injectables and skin rejuvenation. With her warmth, knowledge, and passion she is an ideal leader in the medical aesthetics industry.
Kelsey Brown
RN
Kelsey is a Registered Nurse who has been practicing for over 10 years. She has experience in women’s health, fertility care and now aesthetics! Kelsey loves focusing on how to bring confidence to her clients and is loving being part of the NoBe team!
Hillary Goodman
RN
With over 15 years of nursing experience, Hillary’s career began in pediatrics and evolved into labor and delivery before leading her to the aesthetics and wellness space she loves today. She enjoys connecting with her clients and empowering them to feel confident, refreshed, and their best selves—inside and out. Her positive energy and genuine smile are hard to miss.
Jackie Andrews

Jackie is a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of clinical experience. While most of her time has been spent in acute care pediatrics, she has always been drawn to health and wellness. Jackie is AMET certified and performs injectable services at NoBe. She loves working with her clients to meet their aesthetic goals and is passionate about natural beauty and facial balancing.
Alexa Toohey
MSN, FNP-C
Alexa Toohey is an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing since 2018 and working in healthcare since 2012. She brings a passion for evidence-based, personalized dermatologic care and helping patients feel confident and informed about their skin health. Prior to joining NoBe, Alexa practiced within both a large private practice dermatology group and the Johns Hopkins Dermatology clinic, caring for patients with a wide range of medical and cosmetic dermatologic needs. Alexa earned her Master of Science in Nursing from The Catholic University of America, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from James Madison University. Prior to becoming a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Clinical Nurse for 6 years at Georgetown University Hospital.
Her areas of expertise include comprehensive skin checks, evaluation and biopsy of concerning lesions, acne, rosacea, common skin conditions, hair loss consultations, personalized skincare, and cosmetic dermatology. At NoBe, she will continue to provide comprehensive, patient-centered dermatologic care while bridging the gap between medical and cosmetic services to create a more complete, personalized approach to skin health!
Ashley Holland
Patient Coordinator
Ashley is a patient coordinator with over four years of experience in patient care. She is passionate about aesthetics and loves ensuring that everyone who walks through the door feels comfortable, confident, and well cared for. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys trying new restaurants and painting.
